Swell Surf ("we") is operated by the founder from Dubai, UAE. Contact: contact@swellsurf.life. We collect: your email and name at sign-up; the answers you give in onboarding and settings, including surfing level, goals, equipment, boards, home spot, trips, and any injuries you choose to tell us about; the training sessions, surf logs and benchmark results you record; your device push subscription if you turn on nudges or alerts; and your approximate location only when you tap a locate button, which is used once to find nearby spots and is not stored. We use this to build and adapt your programme, show forecasts, send the notifications you asked for, and moderate spot tips. Injury information is health-related data; we store it only because you entered it, only to adapt your training, and you can remove it in Settings at any time. We do not sell data. We share data only with our hosting and email providers (Lovable Cloud on Supabase, and our email sender) as needed to run the service, and with Open-Meteo when fetching forecasts (coordinates of the spot, not of you). Training guidance is general and not medical advice. You can export all your data or delete your account from Settings; deletion removes everything within 30 days.
